Definitely the most consistent restaurant in the Soquel/Santa Cruz area. I went during their Ole Mole! event and was delighted with the flavors of my mole prueba (A five chile mole in the puebla style Complex and spicy to hot. Served with chunks of beef brisket.) Insane food

I ate at tortilla flats the other night and just loved the tapas! I tried the sopa verde (Green Chile soup) and also had the grilled salmon mesquite served in red pepper sauce. Overall, it was a real positive experience, and would love to return when I come back to Santa Cruz.
